1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PulseWise API service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the PulseWise API for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the API
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. API Usage Limits

Free accounts are limited to 1,000 requests per month per API key with a maximum of 3 API keys. Rate limiting applies at 60 requests per minute. Commercial plans with higher limits are available.

4. User Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy. All data transmitted through our API is encrypted and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

7. Limitations

In no event shall PulseWise API be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our service, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Updates to Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. By using this service, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
